Target Audience:
Nominations for the training will be accepted from Staffordshire County Council (all services), Staffordshire Community Mental Health Staff, Staffordshire Police, Probation and Prison services, Independent and Voluntary sector. The target group is staff who do not hold a professional Social Care or Health qualification and work with people of working age.
Aim:
A one day course to consider the relationship of stress and mental illness. Also how to relieve stress in staff groups before it affects physical or mental health.
